Get to know me

My name is Lance Wagenbrenner and I am 22 years old. Discovering your passion is a problem many others face. At a young age, I found my passion for wellness and fitness. After seeing such improvement in my overall confidence, and mental and physical health I am dedicated to helping others improve their lives through similar experiences I've had. Growing up in the Columbus area I chose to attend The Ohio State University where I am currently attaining my BS in Exercise Science (Spring 2025). Since then I have become a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. With my personal experience and education, I want to help you change your life.
